FOR FOUNDERS, CEO's AND LEADERS

Your team is not often the problem. The conditions might be.

Before you let someone go or bring someone new in, let us show you what is actually driving the underperformance. Most of the time, it is not who you hired.

SOUNDS FAMILIAR?

WHERE LEADERS MISS THE MARK

Underperformance rarely comes from one place. It usually comes from a combination of three.

In our work with founders and leaders, the root cause almost always falls into one of these categories, or a combination of all three.

People are not developed

Team members are placed in roles without the behavioral competencies those roles demand. They are talented but not equipped, and nobody has invested in closing that gap.

The system is broken

Even capable people cannot perform in a broken environment. When roles are unclear, resources are missing, expectations are not tracked, and consequences are absent, the structure itself is the problem.

Both are happening at once

This is the most common scenario. Underdeveloped people in a poorly structured environment. Fixing one without the other produces temporary results at best. We address both.

WHAT DATA IS SAYING

Underperformance is expensive. These numbers show how much it costs organizations that do not address the root cause.

77%

of employees are either not engaged or actively disengaged, costing the global economy approximately $8.8 trillion in lost productivity annually.

Gallup State of the Global Workplace 2023

54%

of employees say they often leave meetings without knowing what the next steps are or who is actually responsible for them.

Atlassian 2024

27%

of workforce are caught in an alignment gap. While 80% of leaders believe their internal communications are helpful and effective, only 53% of employees agree.

Axios HQ 2025

75%

of the reasons people leave their jobs are preventable. 3 out of 4 employees quit for reasons a manager can directly influence (skill development, recognition) leaving only 25% of exits to truly "unavoidable" life events like retirement or relocation.

START HERE

Diagnose before you decide.

We do not start with recommendations. We start with a real look at what is going on. There are two steps.

STEP ONE

Complete the Performance Health Assessment

A free online diagnostic that evaluates the structural conditions inside your organization. You will see clearly where your performance gaps are coming from and what is driving them. This assessment is a prerequisite before any consultation call.

STEP TWO

Book a Consultation Call

Once you have completed the diagnostic, book a free call with us. We will talk through your results, what you have already tried, and whether and how Bridge the Breach can help. No pitch. Just a real conversation with your data in front of us. Consultation call is optional but recommended.

LET’S WORK TOGETHER

Three ways to engage.

Access the workshop anytime, any day. Other engagement begins with the diagnostic and a consultation. From there, we go as deep as the situation calls for.

GROUP WORKSHOP

The Founder Diagnostic Workshop

A focused two to three day group session for founders, run periodically. You join alongside other business leaders, work through the Seven Conditions Framework together, receive the tools and resources to make changes in your team and process, and leave with a clear implementation plan. You go and do the work.

1:1 SESSION

The One-Month Engagement

A one-on-one engagement directly with you as the founder or leader. We cover everything from the workshop, then work through implementation together. You implement, you report back, we review and adjust. Weekly progress sessions keep things moving. Your team is not involved at this stage.

TWO MONTHS ENGAGEMENT

The Full Program

Everything in the one-month engagement, plus your team gains access to the full Bridge the Breach behavioral competency course library for two months. We work with you on the structural conditions while your team develops the individual competencies that performance depends on. Both happening at once.

READY TO START?

Stop absorbing the cost of underperformance.

The longer you wait, the more it costs. Start with the diagnostic. Know exactly what you are dealing with before you decide anything.
